Only organic, natural ingredients are used to make these blue and smoked cashew cheeses.

The blue cheese is made using Roqufort mold and aged for around 3 months.

The smoked cheeses are hand smoked using either cherry, hickory or apple wood chips.

Ingredients: Cashew nuts, Rice miso, Cold-press coconut oil, Probiotics and, where applicable, Roqufort blue mold.

Rogue Dairy cheese is hand-made in Stroud, Gloucestershire using only the best organic, Fair Share Goan cashews. The cashews are sourced from a community based organisation which funds local projects in Goa, India.

At the moment, the cheese is made in small batches & will be available periodically when they are matured. Keep an eye out for updates of when & which cheeses are available.

At the moment I can only deliver to the Stroud & Gloucester area but the delivery area will increase as I produce more cheese.

On the left is the small, smoked round, weighing in at Not approximately 175 grams, on the right is the small blue, cider rinded cheese. This cheese also weighs around 175 grams.
Not pictured, at the moment, are the soft herby cheese, the soft herb & chilli cheese & the larger matured, non-rinded cheeses i’ve been working on.
All my cheeses are made in small batches and carefully looked after to ensure they reach their optimum maturity before they’re ready to eat.
The cider rinded cheese is washed with pure, single variety cider from Days Cottage, Brookthorpe, Gloucestershire. They make apple juice, cider, perry and vinegar using unsprayed apples.
